About Kayla
Trauma-informed, heart-led, and nervous-system-aware practices designed to help you feel safe, supported, and grounded in yourself.
My path into this work began with my own journey through grief, loss, and abandonment. For many years, I lived in survival mode — holding it together on the outside while feeling disconnected and uncertain inside.
Through self-empowerment practices, deep inner work, and my training as a counsellor, I found my way back to trust, wholeness, and alignment with my soul.
Now, through Soulistic Wellness Collective, I share these same practices with others. My greatest joy is walking beside people as they find their calm, their confidence, and their own sense of wholeness.
