About Kayla

I know what it feels like to live in a body that doesn't feel like home. For years, I navigated the heavy terrain of grief and abandonment, becoming an expert at surviving while feeling deeply disconnected. My journey wasn't just about clinical healing; it was about reclaiming the quiet strength that lives beneath the noise of overwhelm.

My Approach

I believe healing is a gentle unfolding, not a clinical checklist. I support you in moving from a state of constant 'doing' and hyper-vigilance into a space of being. Together, we focus on nervous system regulation and building a premium foundation of trust within yourself, so you can navigate life's big transitions with a calm, steady heart.

Beyond the Therapy Room

When I'm not walking beside clients in their sessions, I am deeply rooted in community. I find my own wholeness in the stillness of nature, the rhythm of mindful movement, and the joy of shared spaces that celebrate our interconnected humanity.
